V4 Rr The Tt Racer Reborn


Ecco che dopo tanti anni rinasce una Norton per la pista, loro che hanno avuto nel proprio deoxyribonucleic acid le competizioni, questa moto segna un ritorno alle origini.
Lo sviluppo della moto è passato da diversi footstep di sviluppo che sono stati condotti durante le competizioni, come upward il Tourist Trophy.




Il motore V4 da 1200 cc è stato sviluppato dalla stessa Norton ma partendo come upward base of operations dal motore RSV4 dell'Aprilia .
Un modo furbo per ridurre i tempi di progettazione senza perdersi inwards problematiche di sviluppo.
Il telaio inwards alluminio si ispira a quelli Spondon rimando cosi perfetta tradizione inglese e ricordando molto i prim telai utilizzati da Triumph nelle prime number edizioni della Speed Triple T 509 da 885 cc.


Molto accurata è l'elettronica che prevede un piattaforma inerziale a sei assi che misura ogni dato motore e angolo di piega con regolazione multipla dei sistemi di controllo della trazione, anti-impennata, e di controllo del lancio.


La carrozzeria completamente inwards carbonio è disponibile inwards due versioni , carbonio grezza con trama a vista o finitura cromata (molto appariscente) versione utilizzata inwards gara al TT 
In carbonio sono anche le ruote per la versione V4 SS top-spec, sospensioni con le forcelle Ohlins NIX30 e un ammortizzatore posteriore TTXGP dedicato per Norton

Type: Norton 72-degree liquid-cooled V4, 1200cc. Chain-driven cams alongside idler gear for reduced engine height. Titanium inlet valves. Slipper clutch

Bore x Stroke: 82mm x 56.8mm

Compression Ratio: 13.6:1

Power: 200bhp + @ 12,500rpm

Torque: 130Nm @ 10,000rpm

Fuel injection: Electronic fuel-injection system. Constantly variable inlet tracts. 8-fuel injectors. Full drive-by-wire organization independent of front end too nurture banks of cylinders for ultimate command too feel.

Euro 4: Full compliance including stone oil thermostat, knock sensors, secondary air injection too EVAP





ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT:

INSTRUMENTS: Full-colour 7-inch display alongside multiple functions. Engine means adjustability including: Road, Track too Pro-Race. Road modes include rear-view camera.

QUICKSHIFT: Full quickshift organization too auto downwards blipper

ELECTRONIC AIDS: Multi-setting traction-control, wheelie control, launch command too cruise control. Uses six-axis Inertial Measurement Unit (IMU)

BUILT-IN DATALOGGER: Full data-logging capability including: lap times, max thin angle, max speed, max throttle, too max braking force.

ENGINE MODES: Road, Sport, Pro-Race

IGNITION: Keyless ignition system


CHASSIS:

TYPE: Polished aluminium twin underground Shotgun chassis.

ADJUSTABLE GEOMETRY: Chassis is fully-adjustable including swing arm pin too adjustable rake angle. 23.9 grade steering caput angle every bit criterion set-up.

SINGLE-SIDED BILLET SWINGARM: 570mm long. Braced too underslung pattern developed inwards conjunction alongside SG5 TT race bike. Billet machined from 7020 billet aluminium.

FRONT SUSPENSION: Ohlins NIX30 organization front end fork. Fully-adjustable.

REAR SUSPENSION: Ohlins TTXGP Norton bespoke fully-adjustable nurture shock.

FRONT TYRE: Tbc

FRONT WHEEL: Choice of carbon or forged wheels depending on spec

FRONT BRAKE: ii x 330mm full-floating discs. Radially-mounted Brembo Monobloc calipers. Brembo discs, too Brembo main cylinder

REAR BRAKE: Single 245mm disc. Brembo caliper too master-cylinder

BODYWORK & STYLING: Full-carbon-fibre bodywork. Available inwards either bare carbon-fibre, or chrome alongside air-brushed Union Jack on the tail unit.

LIGHTING:  Full LED lighting organization including super brilliant depression beam & high beam, angel oculus DRLs, nurture lamps too indicators

FUEL TANK: MotoGP-style 18-litre fuel tank is all carbon-fibre, alongside Kevlar reinforcement too chemically coated internally to come across fuel resistance standards. Underside of tank forms component of upper airbox.

FOOTRESTS: Billet pes rests, billet pedals too billet sprocket encompass supplied on SS model. Forged pes controls on the V4 RR.

OPTIONAL: Full titanium race organization supplied alongside aftermarket tune, approx 8kg lighter too approx 10bhp more. – NOTE: RACE EXHAUST NOT FOR ROAD USE'
