Yamaha Sr500 ‘Good Days’ Scrambler.

Built past times @Daniel Peter, a Czech-born lensman based out of Chicago, equally a side projection betwixt jobs – this bike is equally straightforward equally they come, but it was likewise a fairly thorough rebuild. That includes a stripped-down too sped-up 540cc unmarried engine, a Powerdynamo ignition, a Kedo high catamenia crude oil pump, a 39mm Keihin FCR flatslide carburetor, Brembo brakes, too a Cone Engineering muffler. The forks at the front end were swapped for a lowered yoke from a 95 ZX6R too lights were swapped out for LEDs, including a custom rig on the tail end. All told, the bike is truly 66 pounds lighter than the stock version, weighing inwards at merely 282 pounds moisture – an impressive feat if the bike didn’t hold off equally proficient equally it does.
